Our honey comes from four beekeepers, all within thirty miles of the shop. None of them blend, so each jar is one place and one season.
Spring honey is pale and light. By autumn it is dark and almost savory, from goldenrod and knotweed. Come to the tasting in November and taste the difference side by side.
