Local honey
Our honey comes from a handful of beekeepers in Ulster and Greene counties. It is raw and unblended, so each jar tastes of one place and one season: light in spring, darker in autumn.
We hold honey tastings a few times a year, with the beekeepers there to talk about their hives.
