Which one do I need, setup or optimization?
If you don't have a profile yet, or you can't sign in to the one that exists, you need setup. If you have a profile you can edit, optimization makes it work harder. Not sure? Take the free Google profile check, or ask me.
Do I need a website first?
No. A profile works on its own. A website gives Google and your customers more to go on, and if you start one with me at the same time or within 6 months, $150 is credited toward it.
Who owns my profile?
You do. It stays under your Google account. If I need access, you add me as a manager and remove me when the work is done.
How long does verification take?
Google decides how to verify each business, by video, phone, email, or postcard, and how long it takes. I walk you through each step so nothing gets stuck on your side.
Can you guarantee I show up first on Google Maps?
No one honestly can. Google decides rankings based on things like distance, relevance, and reviews. I make sure your profile is complete, correct, and follows Google's rules, which gives you the best chance.
